Keywords:
Organizational sociology, Educational reform, educational organizations, professions, identity, EigensinnAbstract
This article discusses selected results from the research project »Educational Labour in Transition« that analyzed the consequences of educational policy reform on labor and organizations within the educational system. We focus on two issues: First, we reconstruct the increasing uncertainty of positional structures and professional identities. Second, we observe the «Eigensinn” of educational workers that expresses itself in their way of tackling organizational reforms. We close our discussion by reflecting on the interaction of educational, increasing uncertainties and employees’ Eigensinn.Downloads
