Dr. phil., Diplom-Psychologe, Leiter des Fachbereichs Management-, Organisations- und Personalberatung an der Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt sowie Professor für Angewandte Psychologie an der Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität Wien. Arbeitsschwerpunkte: Arbeit und Autonomie, Soziale Anerkennung in Arbeit und Organisation, Personalmanagement, Führung, Kulturpsychologie, Grundlagen interpretativer Sozialforschung.
