Counseling and life organization – a transactional conception of reflective counseling
Keywords:
Counseling, life organization, person-environment-interaction, reflexivity, resources, transactionAbstract
Life is constitutional characterized by the mutual interaction between individual and environment. Nevertheless for explanation of successful or unsuccessful life organization, scientific disciplines tend to put the individual and its psychological functions, traits and behavior patterns or the social structures and conditions into focus in a one-sided way. The adequate comprehension of this coincidence demands a connection of social and human sciences on basic of a transactional, i.e. an ecologic-systematical understanding of science and practice. The paper focuses the process of the individual-environment-interaction as a frame for explaining successful life and the production of life quality and health. From that it derives a conceptual frame for a transactional and reflexively designed counseling.Downloads
